BuiltToWinWeb is a Florida studio that builds custom, hand-coded PHP websites — no WordPress, no page builders, no plugins — and the AI software that measures whether those sites can be found by AI assistants. Every site we build ships with a full AI agent discovery stack: MCP servers, A2A conversation handlers, llms.txt, agents.txt and OAuth metadata. That means ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Google AI can actually find, read and quote the business, instead of skipping it for a competitor that happens to be machine-readable. We also build WebAgentScan, a hosted SaaS that scores any domain out of 100 across seven graded areas — discovery files, machine-readable content, crawler access, MCP server quality, agent security, Domain Rating and commerce readiness. It returns a prioritised fix list ordered by what each fix is worth. Domain Rating comes from licensed SE Ranking and Ahrefs APIs, not blended estimates. Plans start at $9/month. Clients pay one flat fee, own the source code outright, and pay no monthly platform costs. Sites built this way consistently score 96–100 on Google Lighthouse and load in under a second.
